Plenty of room to move around in. Hardly any noise, which we like. Bed was good, but pillows were too small and to soft. Shower curtain was ripped . Maybe next time things will be better.
Hotel is clean and the price is great. We didn't get to use the pool/hot tub. The hotel is dated, but it is CLEAN. They let me check out the room before I decided to stay. We stayed at the Holiday Inn next door a few days before and you could hear everything from the rooms next to you/above/below you. You could not hear anyone else in this hotel. Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful.
Loved that this place has an indoor pool & hot tub with a gorgeous view of misty morning mountains & it is located right off of the highway. Housekeeping does need to do a little better at checking the kitchen appliances but it wasn't anything I couldn't clean up in seconds. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to get away & relax.
We will stay here every time we visit now. Rooms were clean and comfortable, service was above and beyond! The night desk woman there was the absolute sweetest! She made sure we all felt at home, and went above and beyond! Location was great! Quiet and comfortable!
Driving from Las Vegas, NV to Moorehead, MN and back with a dog. Stayed at four different hotels during the travels. MainStay was by far the cleanest,peafull, safe, most modern appliances, spacious, easy access to restaurant and service stations. Best price of all four.
No matter who is at the front desk, I’ve always received the help I needed. From gathering receipts from my previous stays or simply purchasing a soda in the middle of the night, the staff has always been kind and helpful. I told the staff I was here for work and they did their best to put me in a room that had vacancies next to it so that I could work in peace. I’ve never had issues with beds, appliances, or any amenities.
As a travel tech rooms are fairly cheap they don't offer a weekly rate but it's flexed. Also where you going to find a place with a pool and whirlpool, At this price. Would recommend signing up to be a member to save more.
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I was especially impressed with how welcoming they were toward pets — my dog felt right at home. It’s a great choice for anyone traveling with pets and looking for a clean, roomy place to stay. Would definitely return!
